Molly Tarlov (born November 11 in 1981) is an American actress, best known since 2011 for her role in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama program Awkward. Tarlov was the first of two daughters who was born in the home of her grandparents in Manhattan. At the age of 10, Tarlov played her role as Mrs. Peterson as part of the Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by a crowd of seven graders. In her later years she attended NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She studied a wide range of acting styles and received her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her and she was able incorporate writing in to her acting during her LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly traded in her black winter coat in exchange for a pair of sunglasses in black and headed to Los Angeles. Molly quickly got a three-word role on iCarly that attracted a lot of attention from parents. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. The actress also developed the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly thinks she is good on the basketball court, but she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
