We all have multiple aspects that our identities are complex and that we are greater than the physical person we are. Lockhart is interviewed via video in Nashville. "I do not want it to define my existence. I do not want to be merely recognized as an expert in disabilities. However, it doesn't affect my daily routine. I do the things I normally would and have adapted to the limitations of my disability. Because it's part of who I am and something worth talking about. Lockhart has served as an excellent source of inspiration for her female friends in the area of self-acceptance. She still admits having gone through a few phases with her physique, feeling uneasy in some instances to wear clothes that showed her arms. She wears whatever she wants and proudly posts pictures of herself wearing the clothes she picks out on social media. Self-love for her was an extended trip. It's the same for everybody regardless of the level of insecurity. I believe having friends close to you who truly know you and see your heart is really important as they'll be the ones who remind you What are you concerned about?
